Stage 5 — Item Schedule

Part of Survey & Markup.

Every item the markup counted, per trade: review the quantities, add anything the drawing missed, and give each line a product, supplier and price.

Methodology: This is the schedule a supplier prices. It is built from the committed markup versions, and re-committing updates quantities without losing the products and prices already chosen. Lines are per trade and per room; underfloor-heating coils are folded in from the heating layer. Comments on a line travel with the quote request.

Steps:

  1. Work down each trade: confirm the quantity, pick or record a product and supplier, and enter the price each.
  2. Press Add <item> for anything the drawing does not show — a consumer unit upgrade, a test certificate.
  3. Add a comment to any line a supplier needs context on.
  4. Use the filters to see one trade or one room, and Clear filters to return.
  5. Press Next: Issue for Quotes when the schedule is ready to price.
