What the home costs to run: the budgeted figure from your accounts' regular payments, what has actually been billed, and borrowing shown separately.
Methodology: Two figures, both honest about what they are. Budgeted annualises the regular payments on Bills & Accounts, so it is always complete but is an estimate for variable bills. Billed counts only bills actually recorded. Mortgage and other borrowing is kept apart from running costs on purpose.
How to use: Nothing is entered here. Add and correct accounts on Bills & Accounts, and record each bill there with the receipt icon on its account; the tiles and table update as you do. Part-year accounts show the date they start or the date they were added from.
