Under Refurbly Care in the menu.

The plant and appliances in the home — boiler, consumer unit, windows, EV charger — with make, model, serial, install date, warranty expiry and service interval.

Methodology: Anything with a serial number, a warranty or a service interval is an asset. Recording it once means the warranty is findable when something fails and the service is scheduled before it does. Warranties turn amber under 60 days and red once expired.

Steps:

  1. Press Add asset: Name, Category, Room, Make, Model, Serial number.
  2. Enter Installed and Warranty expires dates, and a Service interval in months.
  3. Press Add asset to save; the row shows the warranty state at a glance.
  4. Press the pencil on a row to edit any detail — clearing a field removes it — and Save changes; the bin icon deletes an asset that has left the house.
