The recurring and one-off upkeep tasks for the home — boiler service, gutter clearing, septic emptying — with next-due dates and a service history.

Methodology: A maintenance task is a date that rolls: log it done and the next one is set from the interval. The Home File and the daily email surface what is due, so nothing depends on you remembering.

Steps:

  1. Press Add task: the task, Repeat every (months) — 0 for a one-off — and Next due.
  2. Press Add task to save; the list shows each task's countdown, overdue in red.
  3. Press Done on a task when it is carried out; the next date moves on and the completion joins Service history.
  4. Delete a task with the bin icon if it no longer applies.
