Meter Readings

Under Refurbly Care in the menu.

Take and record readings for the home's meters, set a reminder to read them, and see usage since the last reading.

Methodology: Two readings are all it takes to start seeing usage. Smart meters are never chased; meters you read by hand get a reminder on the Home File and in the daily email at the interval you choose.

Steps:

  1. Under Take readings, type a figure against each meter, set Date read (defaults to today) and press Save.
  2. Choose an interval under Remind me to take readings.
  3. Open Meters at this property to set how each meter is read (manually, smart, not connected), its unit and serial, or to Add another meter.
  4. Read the history table for usage since last and per day; delete a mistaken reading with the bin icon.
