The front page of a property under Care: what is due next, warranties ending, and counts of assets, scheduled and overdue tasks.

Methodology: The Home File is read-only on purpose — a glance page. It pulls from the other Care tabs: maintenance due next, assets whose warranty is ending, and a meter-reading reminder when one is due.

Steps:

  1. Read Due next and deal with anything overdue (shown in red) from Maintenance.
  2. Check Warranties ending; add warranty dates on Assets if none are recorded.
  3. Follow the amber Meter readings due banner to Meters when it appears.
  4. If this home file was carried over from a build, the link at the bottom takes you back to that project.
