Under Account & settings in the menu. Open the page

Your details, defaults, subscription and the app-wide configuration areas: appearance, integrations, email, invoicing, notifications, booking and survey layers.

Methodology: Settings hold what applies across projects — who you are, how the app looks and communicates, and which services are connected. Project-specific structure (phases, budgets, permissions) lives on each project, not here.

How to use: Keep your details and start-page defaults current, manage the subscription, and use the sections for the specific areas: Integrations for Google, Email and Email Templates for outbound mail, Invoicing for payment terms, Notifications for what reaches you, Booking Widget for appointment types, Gmail Folder Sync for mail import, and Survey & Markup for the trade layers the markup page offers.
