Under Account & settings in the menu. Open the page

Connect Google (Gmail and Calendar) and Pinterest so emails, attachments, meetings and ideas can be pulled into the refurbishment record.

Methodology: Integrations should reduce manual filing, not obscure the audit trail. Gmail is read-only; files and messages are copied into the app when you choose to use them.

Steps:

  1. Press Connect Gmail and approve access; press Connect Google Calendar for meetings and bookings.
  2. Go to Gmail Folder Sync and link a folder to each project — nothing is imported until one is linked.
  3. Press Connect Pinterest if you use boards for room ideas.
  4. Press Disconnect to change accounts; linked folders and imported mail stay.
