A library of guides and reference material you can share with your contractors, with a record of who has opened what.

Methodology: Standards, how-to guides and product information are worth writing down once and sharing deliberately, rather than re-explaining on site. Each resource is shared to chosen contractors, who see it in their portal; opens are tracked so you know what has actually been read.

Steps:

  1. Press Add resource, paste a link and press Fetch (or upload a file); check Title, Description, Type and tags.
  2. Under Who can see this choose Everyone, One discipline or Chosen contractors, then Save resource.
  3. On a card press Send to email it to contractors as a tracked link, Share to change its audience, or Copy tracked link.
  4. Press Stats to see who has opened it; the + Save to Refurbly bookmarklet files pages from your browser.
