New Property

Under Your portfolio in the menu. Open the page

Create a property, choose a property type template, and seed the likely room list.

Methodology: A good room list saves work later because photos, plans and snags can be tagged consistently from the start.

Steps:

  1. Enter the Property name / address and Postcode.
  2. Choose a Property type / template; Apply template… seeds a room list, and Floors in this property sets which floors exist.
  3. Adjust the rooms, then press Create property.
  4. Create the first project under the new property.
