Under Your portfolio in the menu. Open the page

Create a refurbishment project and link it to the relevant property.

Methodology: The project holds delivery data: phases, jobs, budgets, timeline, contractors and invoices. Property details and rooms stay on the property record.

Steps:

  1. Enter the Project name and pick the Property it belongs to.
  2. Set the Property era and Listed status — these drive consents and the H&S profile.
  3. Press Create project; the Jobs page opens with a standard phase list seeded.
  4. Set planned dates, status and budget under Project Setup → Edit project.
