Property Record

Under Your portfolio in the menu.

The property record stores address, type, heritage and room information, plus the list of projects at the property.

Methodology: Rooms belong to the property, not a single project. This allows plans, photos, snagging and future work to refer to the same spaces.

Steps:

  1. Press Edit to change the address, era, Listed status, Notes or Cover photo, then Save.
  2. Under Projects press New, type a Project name and press Create.
  3. Press Manage rooms to list the rooms, and Manage elements to log windows, doors and the rest of the fabric.
  4. Drop photos into the Photos section; filter them by room, or select some and press Send to Pinterest.
