Photos & Video
Under Documentation in the menu.
The project's media library: batch-uploaded and in-app captured photos and video, tagged by room, phase and job.
Methodology: Photos and clips are evidence — of condition before work, progress during it, and quality at the end. Tagging at upload is what makes them findable later, and media can be linked to rooms, phases, jobs, elements and snags so it appears wherever the work is discussed. Media is shared across the property's projects, so nothing needs uploading twice.
Steps:
- On Photos press Take photo to capture, or Add photos to upload; in Batch upload set the Phase, Work item, Room and Plan first, tick AI review each photo if you want a first pass, then Choose photos.
- Tag each photo or clip in the Tag this photo sheet — Phase, Work item, Room, Building element, Plan, What this shows — and press Save; One for the Journal flags it for the diary.
- Filter by phase, work item, plan or room, and clear the Waiting for classification queue with Classify all.
- On Video press Upload video; on Thermal press Import thermal images for camera captures.
- On AI studio pick a preset (Social clip, Walkthrough teaser, Concept still), write the prompt, optionally pick project photos as frames or references, set Phase and Room, and press Generate; the result is filed in Video or Photos and can be downloaded for social media.
Watch out: AI generations are counted per month against your plan, and the models refuse prompts that break their content rules (people's faces, anything explicit) — reword rather than retry.
