Your Portal Profile

Under Supplier portal in the menu. Open the page

Your own details as a supplier: contact information, how you prefer to be contacted, and the certificates you hold.

Methodology: The owner sees the firm; the portal sees you. Keeping your details and communication preferences here means invites, quote requests and payment receipts reach the right person by the right channel.

Steps:

  1. Check your Details — Name, Company, Discipline, Email, Phone.
  2. Under Privacy & communication tick Email, Text message (SMS) or WhatsApp for how you want to be contacted.
  3. Press Save preferences.
  4. Return to the portal home for your jobs, quotes and payments; certificates are uploaded on its Insurances tab.
