Under Getting started in the menu. Open the page

The full-page setup guide: every step in three stages — Basics, Next steps, Final steps — with numbered instructions, ticking itself off as your data appears.

Methodology: The first project becomes the working template for future refurbishments, so setup should cover the main operating structure before detailed delivery work begins. The stages are a suggested order, not a gate — every page stays open throughout. The same steps drive the floating Setup guide panel; this page is the roomier version and the one place the panel can be brought back from after you close it.

Steps:

  1. Pick the property and project the guide should track.
  2. Work down Basics: your details, property, rooms, project, feasibility, phase dates and budgets, jobs and schedule.
  3. Move on to Next steps — suppliers, survey, quotes, payment schedules, plans, cash accounts, the portal — and Final steps for the professional records and settings.
  4. Follow each step's button; it opens the page that completes it. Steps the data cannot prove have a Mark as done button.
  5. Press Show floating guide if you closed the panel and want it back.
